16 Hours of Live or Virtual Coaching over 3 months. 2-3 Additional Days of intense Coaching (approx. 24 hours of time spent with the young person in various activities.) We call this a Strengths Boot Camp. It coincides with the Screen Fast. The T3P Coach will use this Boot Camp to assist the young person in getting through the challenging first few days of a Screen Fast.
